Condition Photographed
A full photographic record is taken of your vehicle on arrival, both inside and out, so its condition is documented from the very beginning.
Car ID and Keys Tagged
Your vehicle and its keys are securely tagged and logged into our management system, ensuring nothing is ever misplaced.
Interior Protected
Interior surfaces are carefully covered and protected to prevent any deterioration during the storage period.
Careful Washed
Your car is given a thorough, specialist wash to remove any contaminants, road salt, or dirt that could damage the paintwork over time.
Tyre Pressures Increased
Tyre pressures are adjusted to the correct storage level to prevent flat spots from forming during extended periods off the road.
Allowed to Fully Air Dry
Your vehicle is allowed to dry completely before being covered, ensuring no moisture is sealed in beneath the cover.
What is in the price, and what is not
Both tiers include the bay, the security, the eight-stage intake, a visual check on the car every day it is with us, and collection and delivery within 65 miles of Stalybridge. All prices include VAT.
Add-ons. A soft breathable cover and an automatic battery conditioner are available on the standard tier and included with the premium package. Valeting, detailing and enclosed transport beyond the 65-mile radius are quoted separately, because what people want varies too much to bundle sensibly.
The only difference between the two tiers is managed humidity. The premium bay is held at 55% relative humidity and monitored continuously. Above 60% steel corrodes; below 45% leather and rubber dry out. Everything else — security, checks, intake, collection — is identical.
Terms, in plain language
- Minimum stay: one month. No long tie-in and no exit penalty
- Access: by arrangement with 24 hours’ notice, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The notice is so the car is out, uncovered and on running pressures when you arrive, rather than boxed in behind four others
- Collection and delivery: included within 65 miles. That covers all of Greater Manchester and Cheshire and reaches Leeds, Sheffield and Liverpool
- Intro rate: the first three months are at the lower figure, then the standard rate applies. Both are shown above so there is no surprise in month four
- Condition record: photographed on arrival, and you get a copy
Which tier your car needs
The honest split, since it is not in our interest to put the wrong car on the wrong tier.
Standard indoor suits modern cars, synthetic interiors, stays under three months, and vehicles that will be moved regularly. Dry, secure, checked daily, pressures raised.
Managed humidity earns its extra £50 on classics, on leather and wood interiors, on original paint and chrome, and on anything staying longer than a winter.
