Collection, Delivery & Concierge Support
Need your car ready the moment you return from a trip? Our Platinum package includes an airport collection and handover service, where we’ll meet you on arrival and bring you directly to your vehicle at our indoor vehicle storage facility. This concierge-style service is ideal for frequent travellers or clients attending events, and it’s also available as an optional add-on with any of our other storage packages.
Our team can coordinate directly with dealers, service centres, or event organisers, taking care of logistics and timing on your behalf—so you don’t have to.
As part of this service, your vehicle undergoes a thorough pre-transport inspection and preparation process within our secure indoor vehicle storage environment:
